Roy Hurd is a Nashville based singer/songwriter with deep roots in his Native New York, Adirondack Mountains.  Mark produced the record, "Forever Wild" in Nashville in 1996.  The titled cut was a song that Mark & Roy wrote together.  Mark went on to write "Runnin' Ain't What It Used to Be" with  Roy for his  follow-up release "Mountain Thunder".  Mark also did backgrounds on that album, recorded in Vermont in November of  1998.
